We will walk you through the initial installation of Carousel server software in virtual environments or on 3rd party appliances. This applies to a single server instance. Does not include any advanced configuration options.
Assistance in applying a specific advanced configuration of a Carousel server software feature. Applies to Active Directory, separate SQL servers, separate media directories, SSL configuration, or dynamic bulletin configuration. Includes assistance for a single advanced feature configuration on a single server instance.
Technical assistance in configuring up to one each of BrightSign, Apple TV, or Windows based media players, validating connection to the Carousel server instance along with download and display of content on the media player. Assistance beyond a single player of each type not included. Configuration of additional players are the responsibility of the site owner or reseller.
Assistance migrating Carousel 7 content and user account data from a previous server instance to new Carousel 7 server instance. New Carousel 7 server instance is required before migration can begin. Does not include installation assistance, advanced configuration assistance, or player installation assistance for the new server instance.
